They've never missed a pickup, they're always friendly (whether it's the guys with the truck or the folks on the phone), their prices are tied for most affordable, they don't play any games with what they'll pick up and err on the side of picking up my trash, and I've never met a neighbor who wasn't 100% happy with them. If you aren't using them simply because you want recycling, I encourage you to research what your garbage company actually does with your trash marked for recycling. -David

Thank you for being a light to all of your customers!! I want to share something, don't know the guys who pick up our trash week after week personally by name but they are so kind and operate with such a great attitude if I'm outside they take the time to say hello! I appreciate them!
We adore your company!!!! I was crushed when Town and Country quit and turned to Santek. When I found out about Heritage signed up immediately!! Your drivers are amazing. And they always put our cans back and pick up stuff outside the cans. Your staff is so kind. We love you!!
We switched to Heritage during the summer as the two previous waste service companies we had used were so inconsistent as to picking up trash and recycling (or simply did not pick up one or both containers at all.) Heritage has not missed a day where they were scheduled to pick up. The employees who pick up our trash are always courteous and respectful. Recently, my 75-yr old husband was trying to rush down our long driveway to put a bag of trash in the trash receptacle already at the street. When the young man from Heritage saw him coming he met him down the driveway and took the bag from him and then brought out trash receptacle back to our house. Such great service and their rates are less than what we were paying from either of our two previous service companies. -Kay

My husband and I would just like to say thank you for your commitment to service. We have had zero complaints from day one of starting our service. It has been a pleasure every time we have called in and spoken with someone and the guys that do the actual pickups are always respectful and on time. Being Military, my husband and I appreciate your time, energy and services to ourselves and the community. Keep up the good work.
